Students in Dr. Julie Markin's Museum Studies course, enrolled in the Museum Community and Field Education program and VARDIS Digital Imaging Consultants had the opportunity to interview Dr. Ruth Shoge, Karen Sommerville, Larry Wilson, Cheryl Hoops, Airlee Ringgold-Johnson and Carolyn Brooks as part of our collaboration with Sumner Hall. Portions of the interviews will be featured in the forthcoming virtual tour. We are grateful to our museum and community collaborators for sharing their stories and perspectives with the DSMP team.
