A workshop with KCMS teachers

Professors of Education Sara Clarke-DeReza and Michelle Johnson, Instructional Technologist Raven Bishop and Hannah Flayhart Museum Community and Field Education Minor student intern led a workshop for Kent County Middle School teachers sharing classroom activities developed through Clarke-DeReza and Johnson's Chesapeake Heartland fellowship. Teachers had an opportunity to learn best practices for teaching with digital archives objects and to preview in-development classroom activities which coincide with the forthcoming Worton Point schoolhouse virtual tour, 3D models and interactive exhibit banners.
